I want to start off by saying my name is Kristen. I'm 12 (going to be 13 on August 1st). I currently reside in South Jersey, but my family has a house in Colorado where we go for all of July. We always go somewhere else besides Colorado for a week, so this year it was Carlsbad and Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Your painting was one of my gifts for my birthday. I'm actually redoing my whole room back in NJ and I wanted to find something to start off of...because I had no clue what I wanted! When I saw "Daisy Delight", I pretty much knew I wanted it to be mine. It was pretty incredible...in the first 5 minutes of looking at the piece, I knew exactly what colors I wanted my walls, floor, bedspread, everything, to be! It was an amazing start to say the least!
I was most excited about the fact that "Daisy Delight" was my first piece of real artwork! I do plan on expanding my collection of your artwork as I grow older!
As for the picture of the painting and I, when I get back to NJ, I will get a picture to you as soon as I can.
I very much appreciate your e-mail, it was a very unexpected surprise! I want to thank you for being the artist of my first piece of artwork...I will always remember you in that way.
